If you have a new blog which you have just started, It is very difficult that your blog posts get indexed in Google, soon after you update your blog. If you are facing such a problem of not getting your blog posts indexed quickly then this post is for you. In this post I will disclose some of the strategies you need to deploy to get your blog posts get indexed soon by “Google”. However these strategies also work well for other famous search engines like Yahoo & Bing.

1) SUBMIT YOUR BLOG POST’S URL TO THE FOLLOWING SITES :

There are ample of websites available in the internet world to help you get your blog posts / web-pages get indexed soon in Search Engines. What all you need to do for this is :

Each time you update your blog, submit the URL of your new blog post to websites such as Digg.com , Yahoobuzz.com, reddit.com , mixx.com , jumptags.com & propeller.com ( in appropriate categories where your blog post falls in ).

Identify the appropriate tags / keywords which suit your new blog post because some of the above mentioned website ask for it. Be very careful while choosing the keywords, select the keywords which are relevant to your blog posts.

There is another powerful website that I came across recently & it is Socialmarker.com , You can submit your new blog post URL and description to this website too. Once you submit your URL and description to this website, This website redistributes your URL to a number of famous websites / forums such as Technorati, Delicious, Stumbleupon, Slashdot,…etc.

These websites credit your submission with a redirection link and all the above mentioned websites have Google Page Rank between 6 to 9. So, getting a redirection link from such websites also helps you get some targeted traffic along with the organic traffic that you will gain by getting your blog posts indexed in search engines.

2 ) Use PING Services :

The main purpose of websites which provide Pinging service is that these websites send a ping to the search engines that a selected site / blog has been updated. Thus helping your blog & blogpost getting indexed in Search engines like Google, Yahoo & Bing.

There are a no. of websites which provide you such a service however I recommend you use pingomatic.com for this purpose. Remember you must ping your blog URL each time you update your blog.

3) Submit your Blog description & Blog Feed URL to Blog Directories :

Once you "Submit your blog description & blog feed URL to blog directories" it helps to get your blog posts get indexed soon in search engines. Each time you update your blog a feed will be automatically sent to these blog directories. This way can gain some ranking in blog directories gaining some targeted traffic too. Google recognizes & indexes the updates from blog directories(which have a good page rank) soon.So there are better chance to get your new blog posts get indexed soon.
